Stages Of Pipe Relining
When it comes to plumbing issues such as blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes and repairing the junctions from pipe to pipe, Prime Pipe Relining is the clear choice. Our trenchless, no-dig pipe repair (also known as pipe relining / rehabilitation) offers many advantages over the traditional method of plumbing. With Prime Pipe Relining, the renovation process involves inserting a flexible textile liner soaked in resin into the inversion drum and releasing it into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water. This process completely lines the inside of the old pipe, creating a completely new, watertight pipe within the old one, eliminating any existing or potential damage. The resin cures at ambient temperature, however, this can be sped up by passing warm water or steam through the liner.The robotic camera then surveys the pipe and slowly cuts out the junctions covered by the CIPP process and any other branch lines, and the process is usually done in a day or two max. Prime Pipe Relining’s trucks are equipped with the latest, most advanced technology and can provide power, air and water, so home owners are able to leave the premises and go about their daily routine while we take care of the repairs.
