Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we provide the modern alternative to traditional plumbing, offering trenchless or no-dig pipe repair (also known as pipe relining / rehabilitation). This method of plumbing brings with it plenty of advantages over the older method, making it the top choice when it comes to solving problems such as blocked drains, patching damaged pipes, and repairing the junctions from pipe to pipe.Unlike traditional plumbing, no-dig pipe relining does not require a long-term disruption to your home or business. During the process, a flexible textile liner is soaked in resin and is then inserted into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water. This method completely lines the inside of the old pipe, creating a brand new watertight pipe within the old one - eliminating any existing or potential damage. The resin then cures at ambient temperature, however, this can be significantly reduced by passing warm water or steam through the liner.When the process is complete, our robotic camera will survey the pipe and slowly cut out the junctions that are covered by the CIPP process and any other branch lines.
