Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we are proud to offer our clients the most advanced, efficient, and cost-effective pipe repair technology available: trenchless or no-dig pipe repair (also known as pipe relining or rehabilitation). With this innovative solution, there is no need to excavate or replace existing pipelines, making it the perfect choice for clearing blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes, and repairing the junctions between pipes.Our team of experienced professionals use a flexible textile liner that is soaked in resin and then inserted into the inversion drum. It is then released into the damaged pipe using pressurized air or water. This process completely lines the internal wall of the old pipes, creating a new watertight pipe and eliminating any existing or potential damage. The resin cures at ambient temperature, although this process can be sped up by passing warm water or steam through the liner.To complete the repair, a robotic camera is used to survey the pipe and cut out the junctions that have been covered over by the CIPP process and any other branch lines.
