Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we understand that traditional plumbing methods are no longer the only solution when it comes to pipe repair. Our trenchless pipe relining services provide a modern, innovative approach to plumbing repairs that has many advantages over traditional methods. Our pipe relining process involves the use of a flexible textile liner that is soaked in resin and inserted into the damaged pipe. After the liner is inserted, pressurised air or water is used to invert the liner into the old pipe, creating a watertight seal and a new, strong pipe within the old one. The resin cures at ambient temperature, and can be speed up by passing warm water or steam through the liner. Once the process is complete, our robotic camera will survey the pipe and slowly cut out the junctions that have been covered by the CIPP process and any other branch lines. This process is done in Prime Pipe Relining’s trucks, which are equipped with the latest and most advanced technology.
