Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we are proud to offer the latest in trenchless pipe repair technology, also known as pipe relining / rehabilitation. By going trenchless, you can enjoy a number of advantages over the traditional plumbing method. Whether you’re looking to clear a blocked drain, patch up damaged pipes, or repair junctions between pipes, our no-dig solution is the perfect answer.Our process involves inserting a flexible textile liner soaked in resin into an inversion drum, which is then released into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water. This completely lines the inside of the pipe, eliminating any potential or existing damage. The resin then cures at ambient temperature, but is sped up by passing warm water or steam through the liner. This creates a completely new and waterproof pipe within the old one, offering a strong and permanent solution.Once our process is complete, a robotic camera will survey the pipe and slowly cut out any junctions that have been covered over by the CIPP process, as well as any other branch lines. This usually takes no more than a day or two, and is all carried out from the comfort of our state-of-the-art trucks, which are equipped with power, water and air
