Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we provide our customers with the superior solution when it comes to plumbing repairs such as clearing blocked drains and patching damaged pipes. Our trenchless pipe repair method, also known as pipe relining or rehabilitation, offers numerous benefits over traditional plumbing. This innovative approach allows us to create a new watertight pipe within the old one without the need for extensive excavation.The process starts by soaking a flexible textile liner in resin and then inserting it into the inversion drum. We then use pressurised air or water to release the liner into the damaged pipe. Once the liner is in place, the resin cures at ambient temperature, though the curing process can be accelerated with warm water or steam. When the resin has dried and cured, a robotic camera surveys the pipe and cuts out the junctions that were covered by the pipe relining process and any other branch lines.Our state-of-the-art trucks are equipped with all the necessary power, air and water to get the job done quickly and conveniently. Home owners can even go about their daily routine while we work, as the process can usually be completed in a day or two.
