Our trenchless, no-dig pipe repair method (also known as pipe relining/rehabilitation) provides a more efficient and cost-effective solution for a variety of plumbing issues such as blocked drains, damaged pipes, and pipe-to-pipe junctions. Unlike traditional plumbing, this process eliminates the need for extensive excavation and is less disruptive to your home or business.The process begins by soaking a flexible textile liner in resin, then inserting it into an inversion drum and releasing it into the damaged pipe using pressurized air or water. The resin hardens at ambient temperatures, though the curing process can be sped up by passing warm water or steam through the liner. After curing, a strong, waterproof pipe is created within the old pipe, providing a permanent repair.To complete the job, our robotic camera surveys the pipe and slowly cuts out the junctions that were covered by the CIPP process and any other branch lines.
