Stages Of Pipe Relining
When it comes to plumbing issues, Prime Pipe Relining's trenchless, no-dig pipe repair (also known as pipe relining / rehabilitation) is the clear choice. This advanced method of pipe repair offers many advantages over traditional plumbing, such as clearing blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes and repairing junctions from pipe to pipe. The process begins by soaking a flexible textile liner in resin and inserting it into the inversion drum, then releasing it into the affected pipe using pressurised air or water. The resin then cures at ambient temperature, though warm water or steam can be used to accelerate the process. This creates a completely new, watertight pipe within the existing one, providing a strong and permanent solution. Once complete, the robotic camera will survey the pipe and cut out the junctions covered by the CIPP process, as well as any other branch lines. Prime Pipe Relining's state-of-the-art trucks are equipped with power, air and water, allowing the process to be completed in as little as one or two days. Homeowners can go about their daily routine as usual, as the entire process is done on-site.
