Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, our no-dig pipe repair (also known as pipe relining/rehabilitation) offers homeowners plenty of advantages over traditional plumbing. Whether it's clearing blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes, or repairing the junctions between pipes, pipe relining provides a strong, permanent solution. The pipe relining process begins by soaking a flexible textile liner in resin and then inserting it into the inversion drum. After it's released into the damaged pipe, the resin cures at ambient temperature, but this can be sped up by passing warm water or steam through the liner. When cured, the process creates a completely new, watertight pipe within the old one.Once the pipe relining process is complete, a robotic camera will inspect the pipe and slowly cut out the junctions that have been covered up. This only takes one to two days and is done from our fully-equipped service trucks, which are equipped with the latest and most advanced technology. Homeowners can go about their daily routine while we take care of the work, as our service trucks have all the necessary power, air, and water.
