Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we understand the importance of having reliable plumbing systems and the advantages that trenchless no-dig pipe repair (also known as pipe relining/rehabilitation) offers over traditional methods. Our advanced technology allows us to quickly repair damaged pipes, clear blocked drains, and repair junctions between pipes without the hassle of traditional plumbing methods. Our pipe relining process begins with saturated flexible textile liner being inserted into an inversion drum, then released into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water. The liner then completely lines the inside of the old pipe, eliminating any existing or potential damage. Through the application of warm water or steam, the curing process is sped up, resulting in a completely new watertight pipe within the old one.To finish the process, our robotic camera will survey the pipe and slowly cut out the junctions and branch lines that have been covered by the CIPP process. This is usually done within a day or two and is done out of our trucks which are equipped with the latest technology, allowing you to continue your daily routine with power, air and water.
