Our pipe relining/ rehabilitation process offers a number of advantages over traditional plumbing, making it the ideal solution for blocked drains, damaged pipes and pipe to pipe junctions.Traditional plumbing and pipe relining share the same goal of restoring a home's plumbing infrastructure, but pipe relining has several distinct advantages. A flexible textile liner is impregnated with resin and inserted into the inversion drum before being released into the damaged pipe with pressurised air or water. This process lines the inside of the old pipe, sealing off any existing or potential damage. The resin is cured at ambient temperature, but the process can be expedited with the use of warm water or steam.Once the pipe relining process is complete, a robotic camera is used to survey the pipe and slowly cut out junctions that have been covered. This is usually done in a day or two, with Prime Pipe Relining's state-of-the-art trucks equipped with power, air and water. Homeowners are free to leave the premises and go about their daily routine, as the process is conveniently done out of our trucks.
