Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining, we understand the need for efficient and reliable plumbing solutions. That's why we offer our advanced trenchless pipe repair process - a no-dig solution that is the clear choice when it comes to a number of plumbing issues including blocked drains, patching damaged pipes and repairing pipe junctions.Unlike traditional plumbing methods, our pipe relining process comes without the extra baggage. We use a flexible textile liner that is soaked in resin and inserted into the damaged pipe, using pressurised air or water. This creates a completely new watertight pipe within the old one, providing a strong and permanent solution to your plumbing problem.The curing process takes place at ambient temperature, though this can be significantly reduced by passing warm water or steam through the liner. Once the curing is complete, our robotic camera will survey the pipe and carefully cut out the junctions that have been covered over by the pipe relining. This process usually takes only one or two days, and is done from the comfort of our state-of-the-art trucks which are equipped with the latest technology and power, air and water. Homeowners are able to go about their daily routines, as all of the work is performed on-site.
