At Prime Pipe Relining, we offer a superior and convenient pipe repair solution that is designed to address a variety of common plumbing issues. Our trenchless, or no-dig, pipe repair (also known as pipe relining/rehabilitation) has plenty of advantages over the older, traditional method of plumbing.The process begins by soaking a flexible textile liner in resin and then inserting it into the inversion drum. The liner is then released into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water, completely lining the inside of the old pipe and eliminating any existing or potential damage. The resin cures at ambient temperature, however, the process can be significantly reduced by passing warm water or steam through the liner. Once the resin has cured, a robotic camera will survey the pipe and slowly cut out the junctions that have been covered over by the CIPP process and any other branch lines.At Prime Pipe Relining, our state of the art trucks are equipped with all of the necessary power, air, and water to complete the entire process in just a day or two.
