Stages Of Pipe Relining
At Prime Pipe Relining we offer a no-dig pipe repair solution that eliminates the need for traditional plumbing methods. Our trenchless method (commonly known as pipe relining or rehabilitation) offers plenty of benefits over the older approach, making it a sensible choice for a variety of plumbing issues, such as clearing blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes, and repairing junctions between pipes.Our pipe relining process involves inserting a flexible textile liner that has been soaked in resin into an inversion drum, and then releasing it into the damaged pipe using pressurised air or water. This completely lines the inside of the old pipe and prevents any further damage. The resin then cures at ambient temperature, but this process can be sped up by running warm water or steam through the liner. Once cured, the new pipe lining creates a watertight seal within the old pipe, providing a strong and permanent solution.To ensure everything is up to standard, we use robotic cameras to survey the pipe and gradually cut out the junctions covered by the pipe relining process, as well as any other branch lines. The whole process usually takes no more than a day or two and is done from one of our trucks that are equipped with the most advanced technology. Home
