Stages Of Pipe Relining
If you have a plumbing issue, Prime Pipe Relining offers a clear choice in trenchless pipe repair (also known as pipe relining / rehabilitation). This no-dig solution has plenty of advantages over traditional plumbing, such as clearing blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes and repairing the junctions from pipe to pipe.Prime Pipe Relining’s process involves inserting a flexible textile liner, soaked in resin, into the damaged pipe. This permanent solution completely lines the inside of the old pipe, eliminating any existing or potential damage. To speed up the curing process, warm water or steam is passed through the liner.Once the new pipe is in place, our robotic camera surveys the pipe and slowly cuts out the junctions that have been covered by the process. This process usually takes only a day or two, and can be done in our state-of-the-art trucks, which are equipped with power, air and water. Homeowners are able to leave the premises and go about their daily routine while we take care of the repairs.
