Stages Of Pipe Relining
When it comes to plumbing issues such as blocked drains, patching up damaged pipes, and repairing the junctions from pipe to pipe, Prime Pipe Relining has the solution. Our trenchless or no-dig pipe repair (also known as pipe relining/rehabilitation) offers numerous advantages over the traditional methods of plumbing.Our state-of-the-art trucks are equipped with the latest technology, including power, air and water which allows us to get the job done quickly and efficiently. In the pipe relining process, a flexible textile liner is soaked in resin and then inserted into the inversion drum. The liner is released into the damaged pipe using pressurized air or water and cures at ambient temperature. By passing warm water or steam through the liner, this process can be significantly reduced. This process completely lines the inside of the old pipe, creating a new watertight pipe that is strong and permanent.Once the new pipe lining process is complete, our robotic camera will survey the pipe and slowly cut out the junctions that have been covered.
